The task

Show a holder of a Russian or Belarusian passport where they can go: rent and food prices, flight cost and visa-free limits, all in one place.

What got in the way

This data is spread across dozens of sources and goes stale fast. Collecting it into a spreadsheet works once; maintaining it by hand does not.

• Two entry points: a web app and a Telegram mini app

• Web app with a city table, filters and a card per destination
• Telegram mini app on the same data core
• Data collection for 17 cities across six countries
• Stay limits calculated per passport
