Custom online store development

A store that handles a large catalog, takes payments without failures and lets your team change prices without a developer. Source code is yours.

Pricefrom $3,000
Timelinefrom 3 weeks

Exact quote after the brief. The range depends on catalog size and integrations.

A store differs from a website in one way: it has to handle money correctly. Catalog, stock, discounts, shipping and payments are all connected, and a mistake in one place becomes a lost order or a shipment at a loss.

So we start with logic, not design: what counts as a product, how variants differ, what happens to stock when an order is cancelled. These questions are far cheaper to answer on a prototype than to rebuild after launch.

What's included

  • Catalog and product pages
Categories, filters, search, variants (size, colour), specs, gallery. A 17,000-item catalog with smart search is a real project of ours — volume is not a problem.
  • Cart and checkout
Step-by-step checkout without forced registration, promo codes, shipping calculation, order confirmation by email and Telegram.
  • Online payments
Stripe, PayPal or a local provider — whatever your bank approves. Subscriptions and recurring billing if your product is sold that way.
  • Customer account
Order history, statuses, one-click reorder, saved addresses.
  • An admin panel your content manager can actually use
Products, prices, stock and copy change without a developer. We train your team at launch and record a short video so you don't have to re-explain it to the next hire.
  • Integrations
Inventory sync, CRM, shipping providers, marketplace feeds — whatever your list includes.
  • SEO from day one
Keyword research comes before design: category structure is built around demand, not the other way round. Product markup, sitemap, Core Web Vitals in the green.

When it makes sense

  • You already have a product and known demand — a store amplifies sales, it doesn't create them.
  • Your catalog has grown past a few dozen items and running it over chat hurts.
  • You need online payments and automatic stock tracking, not «let me check and call you back».
  • You plan to sell on marketplaces but want your own channel without commission.

When it doesn't

If you have five products and sales happen in chat, a store won't pay off. A landing page with a payment button is the honest answer, and you come back to a catalog when the range grows. We say this at the brief, not after the quote is signed.

FAQ

How much does an online store cost?

From $3,000. The final number depends on catalog size, integrations and whether you need a unique design or a clean standard grid works. We quote after the brief and fix it — no line items appear later.

How long does it take?

From three weeks for a store with a straightforward catalog. Prototype in 2–4 days, design 3–7 days, build and content 2–4 weeks. Deadlines are fixed in the quote.

Can I manage products and prices myself?

Yes. The admin panel is built for a non-technical content manager: products, prices, stock, copy and banners are all editable. We train your team at launch.

Do I get the source code?

Yes, in full and at no extra cost. Code, access and database are yours — you are not locked in and can hand the project to another team at any time.

Which payment providers do you connect?

Stripe, PayPal and local providers, plus subscriptions and recurring billing when needed. We connect whichever your bank approves and whose fees suit you.

Do you work with clients outside Russia?

Yes. We're based in Samara and run most projects remotely, worldwide. The process is the same: brief, quote, prototype, design, build, launch.
