Website redesign without losing rankings
We redesign websites so the new look doesn't wipe out what already works: page URLs, search rankings, structured data and analytics goals. The new homepage mockup is free, before any contract.

A redesign reworks the look, structure and usability of an existing site while keeping its address, content and search rankings. Unlike building from scratch, the key is not to lose what already brings traffic and leads.
Sites get rebuilt when they look dated, load slowly on phones or stop bringing leads. The danger is elsewhere: the new version goes live over the old one, URLs change, copy and markup disappear - and search traffic drops for months.
We went through this with our own site: all 232 pages rebuilt, every URL and ranking kept, and the homepage's mobile Lighthouse score went from 57 to 94-96. Before launch we compared every page with the old version: titles, descriptions, markup, analytics goals. We work the same way on client sites.
What's included
Which pages bring traffic and leads, for which queries, where people leave. That's what must not be lost.
We cut what's redundant and add pages for missing queries. Copy gets rewritten where it hurts sales.
A new look built for phones first - for many sites that's most of the traffic.
URLs, titles and descriptions, structured data, sitemap, canonicals. If a URL must change - a 301 redirect.
Light images, self-hosted fonts, no unnecessary scripts. Every effect is measured on a phone.
Content, forms, analytics goals, CRM links. We launch with a backup and a rollback plan.
Redesign and design work
All work ↗Happy PC is a redesign concept for a live site. Master Flomaster and Kubik are designs built on the same idea: one main action on every screen. And this whole site was rebuilt by us without losing URLs or rankings.
When it's time for a change
- 01The site looks older than your company, and clients say so.
- 02It loads slowly on phones or is awkward to use there.
- 03There's traffic but few leads: structure and copy don't lead to action.
- 04A site builder or old CMS has hit its limits and every edit is a pain.
If nobody visits the site, a new design won't fix that: you need traffic and pages for search queries first. And if the problem is one or two pages, it's cheaper to rebuild those - we'll suggest that.

I want mockup ↗What a website redesign costs
A new homepage versus a hundred pages on several templates.
Moving from a site builder or old CMS to code costs more than a new design on the same platform.
Keep the copy as is, or rewrite it and add pages for search queries.
Forms, CRM, payments, a catalog synced from an ERP - all need moving and testing.
The more pages in search, the more work on URLs, markup and redirects.
We quote after the mockup and a review of your current site.
No “from” and no hidden lines: one number, and we stick to it.

What we build it with
Mistakes we avoid
The most common reason traffic drops after a rebuild. Every old URL either stays or 301-redirects to the new one.
Cut «extra» paragraphs take the ranking queries with them. We compare copy before launch.
Heavy video and animation in the first screen kill mobile speed. Every effect is measured.
After a move, forms send leads nowhere and analytics stops counting. We test every form and goal.
FAQ
How much does a redesign cost?+
We quote after a free homepage mockup and a review of your current site. Pages, templates, platform, copy and integrations drive the price.
Will rankings drop after a redesign?+
The risk is small if URLs, copy and markup are kept and every changed URL gets a 301 redirect. Some movement in the first weeks is normal, so we monitor indexing and rankings after launch.
Can you redesign just the homepage?+
Yes. It's often the quickest way to refresh a site: a new homepage first, inner pages next.
Do we need a new CMS?+
Not always. If the platform copes, we change only the design and front-end. If a site builder limits speed or features, we'll suggest moving to code and explain what it gives you.
How long does it take?+
A new homepage or landing page takes from a week. A company site usually takes 2-4 weeks including migration and checks.
What happens to the old site meanwhile?+
It runs until the last day. We build the new version separately, show it on a test address and launch with a backup and a rollback plan.
