AI integration for business processes
We put AI where it takes manual work off your team: answering customers from your knowledge base, transcribing calls, sorting leads and documents. We start with a free prototype and tell you straight where AI isn't worth it.

AI integration means connecting language models to company processes: customer replies, calls, leads and documents. The model works on your data within set limits, and the benefit is checked in numbers - staff time, response speed, lead count.
We don't start by picking a model. We start with what your people do by hand and what it costs. Replying to a chat, summarising a call, triaging leads, copying data from photos and PDFs into a spreadsheet - current models handle these reliably.
We use AI in our own work every day. Our CRM transcribes calls and writes the outcome into the client card, and the chat on this site answers visitors from our knowledge base and hands contacts to a specialist. So we know not just what a model can do, but where it slips and what it costs a month.
What we build
Answers visitors about services, timelines and terms - from your knowledge base only. When a question is complex or the person wants to talk, it passes the contact to your CRM.
A recording becomes text, a short summary and a dated next step. Managers see where deals are lost without listening to hours of audio.
The model reads a lead from a form, email or messenger, tags topic and urgency, answers the routine part and creates a task. Night leads are sorted by morning.
Invoices, forms, statements, product photos: we extract the fields you need into a table or database, or process a batch of images to one template.
An assistant in the client card preps for the call, drafts proposals and specs, sets reminders - within limits you set, with every action logged.
We estimate cost per request and the monthly budget upfront, set limits and keep a log. Personal data isn't sent to a model unless the task needs it.
Where we already use AI
All work ↗The chat on this site is ours too: it answers from the studio's knowledge base and hands contacts to a specialist when someone wants to talk.
Where AI pays off
- 01Sales reps spend an hour on calls and another hour filling in the CRM afterwards.
- 02Customers ask the same things in the evening and at weekends and expect an instant answer.
- 03You get plenty of leads, half of them off-target, and nobody to sort them.
- 04Data arrives as photos, scans and PDFs and gets retyped by hand.
If a process isn't defined and everyone does it their own way, a model will just lock in the mess. If a mistake is expensive and nobody checks the output, AI can only draft for a human. And where a plain form or an if-then rule does the job, we'll say so: it's cheaper and more reliable.
How the work goes
- 011-2 daysProcess review
Where time goes: calls, messages, documents. We pick one task with a clear, measurable effect.
- 021-2 daysFree prototype
It runs on your own examples: real customer questions, call recordings or documents. Before any contract or payment.
- 031 dayQuote and running costs
A fixed development price plus an estimate of monthly model costs.
- 041-4 weeksBuild and connect
Knowledge base, links to your site, CRM, telephony or email, permissions and an action log.
- 051 weekLive-data testing
We run it on real requests, tune answers and limits, and your team gets used to it.
- 06ongoingOngoing care
We watch quality and spend, update the knowledge base and switch models when a better or cheaper one appears.

I want prototype ↗What AI integration costs
One website assistant versus an assistant, call review and a CRM agent together.
Ready-made policies and price lists, or knowledge we first need to collect from chats and people.
Website, CRM, telephony, email, messengers - each connection needs building and testing.
A hundred requests a day or tens of thousands: different architecture and different monthly model costs.
Personal data, trade secrets and industry rules decide which model can be used and where.
The quote comes after the prototype. We also estimate monthly model costs upfront - before launch, not from the first invoice.
No “from” and no hidden lines: one number, and we stick to it.

What we need from you
- One or two tasks you want off your team, with examples: customer questions, call recordings, documents
- Material for the knowledge base: price list, policies, FAQ - even chat history works
- Access to your CRM, telephony or email if the assistant works inside them
- Someone who checks the first answers and flags mistakes
What you get
- A working assistant or agent connected to your systems
- A knowledge base you can update without a developer
- Monthly model cost estimate and configured limits
- A log of answers and actions
- Staff guide and source code
What we build it with
Mistakes we avoid
Without a task and a metric you end up with a chatbot nobody uses. We start with one task where the result can be counted.
A model without your data confidently invents prices and terms. Ours answers from the base and says it will check with a specialist otherwise.
We estimate request costs before launch and set limits.
Where errors are expensive, AI drafts and a person decides. We build that in from day one.
FAQ
How much does AI integration cost?+
We quote after a free prototype. The price is development plus monthly model costs - and we estimate the second part upfront and set limits.
How long does it take?+
A website assistant on an existing knowledge base takes from two weeks. An assistant inside a CRM with telephony and several scenarios - from a month.
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?+
A chatbot answers questions. An agent also acts: creates tasks, fills in the card, drafts documents, sends reminders. So an agent always has limits on what it does itself and what it only suggests.
Won't the AI tell customers nonsense?+
It answers only from your knowledge base and never quotes prices or terms that aren't there. Hard questions go to a specialist. In the first weeks we review answers with you and adjust the limits.
Is it safe to give customer data to a model?+
We pass only what the task needs and mask personal data where possible. If data must not leave your environment, we choose a setup that processes it on your side.
How are you different from AI consultancies?+
We don't sell transformation decks. We're a web studio: we build a working thing inside your website, CRM and telephony - and use AI in our own CRM and site every day.
