A website for rent is a model where the studio builds a business site at its own cost and provides it for a monthly fee that covers hosting, support and edits. There is no upfront development fee, and at the end of the term the site can be bought out.
A website usually costs tens of thousands of rubles, paid upfront. For a cafe, salon or craftsman that money is needed in the business. Renting works differently: you pay 5,000 RUB a month, and we cover design and development ourselves and earn it back over the year.
This is not a site builder or a template. We design the site around your business: your services, prices and photos, with copy we write ourselves. It runs on our hosting, and we keep it fast on phones, visible in Yandex and counting leads in Metrica.
Price, opening hours or photos changed? Message us and we update it. After a year you decide: renew or buy the site out.
