The task
Design the home page of a smart space where you pay for time: a visitor instantly sees what a visit costs and what is already free inside, and a parent can price a child's birthday on their own.
What got in the way
Pay-per-time is an unfamiliar format: people do not know what the total will be. And the price of a party is usually only known after chatting with an administrator.
Project constraints
- The hourly rate with a price cap has to be clear in seconds
- A party is built from many parts - quest, workshop, host, number of guests - and each changes the price
- The full events schedule lives on VK, the site shows the upcoming ones
What we built
- Hero with the Yandex Maps rating, the 700 ₽ price cap and three scenarios: birthday, class party, just drop in
- Pay for time block: hourly prices and nine tiles of what is already included
- Birthday builder: number of kids, quest, workshop and extras - the total and price per guest update live
- Events board with one-click sign-up and a link to the full schedule
