The task

Explain a complex idea on one page: the service reads discharge papers from a photo, checks drug interactions and confirms every day that a parent in another city is fine.

What got in the way

Health products slide into either medical jargon or promises the service cannot keep. We needed an honest tone built on everyday situations rather than a feature list.

Project constraints

• Two languages from day one
• No medical promises or diagnoses in the copy

What we built

• Structure around one scenario: an adult child and a parent far away
• Positioning and copy: what the service does and what it does not
• Bilingual version on separate URLs
• A three-minute survey instead of a generic lead form
