The task
Build a site for a slot diffuser maker where an installer or designer builds the set for a project on their own, and a manager gets a ready request and continues the conversation in a messenger.

What got in the way
Diffusers are picked by many parameters: ceiling type, slot width, chamber, colour, flange, sound insulation. All of this used to take a long chat, and requests got lost between managers.

Project constraints
- The configurator has to calculate airflow and flanges for every line
- The request has to be a document that can be forwarded to procurement
- Clients write in both Telegram and MAX, and the whole team has to answer, not one person

What we built
- A one-page configurator: parameters, lines by room, airflow calculation and a summary
- A numbered request with a PDF of the set: it goes to managers and to the client
- Telegram and MAX bots: the client writes to the bot, managers answer from a shared group
- Models catalog, project examples, work stages and FAQ
